Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

The product must not contain any stains, odours, marks, alterations, or damages caused after delivery.

Items purchased during clearance sales, special promotions, or customised products are not eligible for return unless defective.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Products without original tags or packaging

Innerwear, socks, or personal-use items (if applicable)

Gift cards or promotional items
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if you received the wrong size/product (subject to stock availability).
Order Cancellation
We do not accept cancellations for prepaid orders once the order has been placed. Customers may still request a return within the eligible 7-day return period after delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned above.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
