International Orders: 7–21 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order value.
Free shipping promotions, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned on the website.

International Shipping

For international orders:

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country.
Rise & Fold is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and supporting photos (if applicable).
