Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
- The product must not contain any stains, odours, marks, alterations, or damages caused after delivery.
- Items purchased during clearance sales, special promotions, or customised products are not eligible for return unless defective.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Damaged, washed, or used products
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Innerwear, socks, or personal-use items (if applicable)
- Gift cards or promotional items
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if you received the wrong size/product (subject to stock availability).
